Larry A. Bettino StarVest Partners, General Partner

Larry Bettino has 19 years of private equity and venture capital investment experience. Prior to his role at StarVest, Mr. Bettino was Partner and Managing Director of Warburg Pincus, where he led the firm's investment activities in telecommunications and information technology. Before that, he was a founding partner at Baker Capital. From 1989 to 1996, he was a partner with Dillon Read Venture Capital, where he focused on technology and data communications investments. An experienced engineer, he also held a series of technical and management positions at IBM. Mr. Bettino received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1982, and his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1989.

Habib Kairouz is a Managing Partner of Rho Capital Partners and Rho Ventures and serves on the investment committees of Rho Fund Investors and Rho Canada.

Prior to joining Rho in 1993, Mr. Kairouz worked in investment banking and leveraged buyouts in New York with Reich & Co., and Jesup & Lamont. He received an MBA from Columbia University. His current and former board seats include Answersoft (sold to Davox), Innerwireless, Intralinks, iVillage (sold to NBC), ReachLocal, Tripod (sold to Lycos), Tacoda (sold to TW), Travora Media, Everyday Health, and Yantra (sold to AT&T).

Mr. McCormick began working with Rho Capital Partners in 2000 and joined as a Venture Partner in 2006. Before that, he was Chairman and CEO of iVillage Inc., a company previously financed by Rho, which he sold to NBC Universal in May of 2006. Prior to joining iVillage, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Lifetime Entertainment Services, the parent company for Lifetime Television Network, and Lifetime Movie Network.

Mr. McCormick received his MBA from the Columbia University School of Business. His current and recent board memberships include Marketwatch, Lin Television, Travora, Wayport, and Everyday Health.

With a calling to finance, Mr. Thomas became an independent trader on the London exchange at the tender age of 20. He founded a vitamin company in 1993 and became a first mover in online travel when he founded OneTravel.com in a barn loft on a working Pennsylvania sheep farm in 1995.

In 2000, he sold OneTravel.com to Amadeus and Terra Lycos, continuing on as CEO until 2004. In 2005, Thomas founded Fare.Net, BookingWiz.com and Clotures Ferlo, a West African fence company hailing back to his roots in Senegal. In 2006, he invested in Travora Media, the web's largest travel information aggregator.

In 2008, Mr. Thomas founded AllMedicalTourism.com, which aims to become the leading search engine for Medical Tourism worldwide.
